The brand conveys a sophisticated simplicity through pure cuts, fine materials and a distinctive color palette. GIADA stands for timeless designs in a mix of black, white and subtle neutrals.

Creative Director

Gabriele Colangelo was born in 1975 surrounded by his family business in the furrier industry. Learning the expression of craftsmanship and grace in the industry early on still resonates with the designer today and is reflected in each collection. Gabriele’s design career began at Versace and Cavalli, with his namesake collection represented globally which was designed by Gianni Versace in the early 1980s. In 2008, won the Who’s On Next competition, organized by Vogue Italy. Then Gabriele Colangelo was launched in Milan and is recognized as an elegant, timeless label designing innovating pieces and reinventing the concept of grace and luxury. In 2014, Gabriele Colangelo was the only Italian designer that was named finalist at the prestigious LVMH prize. In February 2015, luxury fashion label Giada tapped Gabriele Colangelo as its new creative director.

Founder

BRAND FOUNDER grew up in a middle class family in Emilia Italy. She was addicted to the art and painting because of his parents. After working 13 years as a fashion designer and styling designer for MaxMara, she created her own brand GIADA in 2001, and started to cooperate with RedStone in 2005.“A women has to know how to love herself, and share with others what she thinks. The ladies who love art are elegant”, “Elegant is soft power” is how Rosanna defines GIADA.

Architect and designer

ARCHITECT AND DESIGNER is considered to be one of the masters of contemporary minimalism. He designed the GIADA Flagship Store. He is known for the serene spaces and simple, essential forms of his architecture and interior design. He won several international awards, In 2014, his projects Castle of Rocca Sinibalda won The International Architecture Award.

The GIADA Milan flagship store on Via Montenapoleone 15 designed by the master of minimalism Claudio Silvestrin is a powerful and transcendental architectural space.

Both in fashion and architecture the attention towards finest raw materials and creations manifests the DNA of GIADA’s essence of modern luxury. The interior demonstrates an image of contemporary yet timeless architecture, which stresses on luxurious yet peaceful atmosphere.
